What You Say About Us

We are keen to find out what patients and clients think of the service they receive from us and have embarked on a programme to survey patient opinion in each of our services.

Below are examples of feedback from more than 1,000 patients, captured through our touch-screen survey system:

97.5% of you say you’re treated with privacy and dignity while attending our hospitals or clinics (666 responses)
91.7% of you say you’re as involved as you want to be regarding decisions about your care and treatment (890 responses)
97% of you say our hospitals and clinics are ‘very’ or ‘fairly’ clean (907 responses)
